ACCOMPLISHMENTS

First, each of us has been advising middle market companies in our respective specialties for more than thirty  years. We have closed loans totaling well over $1B and have been advisors in sales and purchases of companies totaling in excess of $1B. 

Second, in "good" economies and "bad" we have been successful in our assignments for a wide range of companies.  We have each closed numerous transactions but as important to us is the fact that we have helped the progress of more middle market companies in our careers than we could list here.

​Third, our clients have consisted of both healthy companies and companies with serious life threatening issues.

Fourth, there isn't any financing source to whom we have presented transactions in the past who will not give us a hearing on a new transaction. 

Last and most important, recommendations are available from clients for whom we were successful in our assignments as well as those for whom we were NOT successful.
